The villa facing Diamond Rock
Set on the heights of Anse Cafard, Villa Latanier faces Diamond Rock from its infinity pool. Four air-conditioned bedrooms, a large carbet for outdoor dining, and the beach four minutes away on foot.
The south Caribbean coast holds most holiday villas: Le Diamant and its Rock, Sainte-Luce and its coves, Les Trois-Îlets by the marina and golf course, Sainte-Anne for the Salines beaches. Count 35 to 60 minutes from the airport. The Atlantic coast (Le Vauclin, Le François) offers the white-sand shallows and more secluded homes. If the sea is your first criterion, see ourbeachfront villas and our sea view villas.
A 3-4 bedroom pool villa runs €1,500 to €3,000 a week depending on season. The premium tier (clear sea view, infinity pool, 4+ bedrooms) starts around €3,500 and climbs past €6,000 over the holidays. December to April is high season; May-June and November are the best deals.
The largest villas are the first to book out. We grouped our advice by group size:villa for 6 people, for 8 people, for 10 people orfor 12 and more, including stays split across neighbouring villas.
We are not a directory: every villa is visited and admitted. You describe your stay, we call you back within 30 minutes, and you book directly with the owner or our partner, no hidden traveller commission.
Expect €1,500 to €3,000 a week for a lovely pool villa, and €3,500 to €6,000+ for the premium tier (sea view, generous spaces, services). Christmas and New Year are the most requested weeks: book 3 to 6 months ahead.
High season runs December to April (dry season). May, June and November offer excellent rates with still-lovely weather.
The south (Le Diamant, Sainte-Anne, Les Trois-Îlets, Sainte-Luce) holds the beaches and most holiday villas. The greener, volcanic north suits nature-focused stays.
You describe your stay, we call you back within 30 minutes, then we introduce you directly to the owner or partner agency that manages the villa. You book and pay directly with them.
