True waterfront villas are rare and book out first: you step off the terrace onto the sand. Hillside villas offer something else: a panorama over the Caribbean Sea, the trade wind flowing through the house, and the beach 5 to 10 minutes away; that is oursea view villas collection. Here, every house has the beach at most a 5-minute walk away, a distance we verify listing by listing.
The Caribbean coast (Le Diamant, Sainte-Luce, Les Anses-d’Arlet) has a calm sea, ideal for daily swimming and children. The Atlantic coast (Le Vauclin, Le François) offers the white-sand shallows and more secluded homes, with livelier water; you swim in the sheltered spots. Sainte-Anne, in the south, combines both worlds around the Salines beaches.
It depends on the coast: on the Caribbean side the sea is calm and many villas are steps from the beach. Each listing details the sea access and the type of shore (sand, dock, rocks).
Here, the beach is at most a 5-minute walk away, a distance we verify on every listing. For a panorama from the hills, see our sea view villas collection instead.
Yes: waterfront homes and big views are the most requested properties on the island. They book out first for high season; reserve 6 months ahead for December to April.
