The clear sea views the collection is built around sit mostly on the south Caribbean coast: Le Diamant and its Rock, Sainte-Luce, Les Trois-Îlets, Sainte-Anne, each 35 to 60 minutes from the airport.
Honest pricing
A 3-4 bedroom pool villa runs €1,500–3,000 a week depending on season. The premium tier (clear sea view, infinity pool, 4+ bedrooms) starts around €3,500 and peaks over €6,000 at Christmas. December to April is high season.
What “luxury” means here
We admit a villa on concrete criteria: location and view, build and equipment quality (air conditioning throughout, hotel-grade bedding, fibre wifi), professional welcome and housekeeping, extras on request (private chef, pre-arrival groceries, transfers). A pretty photo isn’t enough. Every villa is visited and admitted, and you book directly with the owner or our partner.
What budget should I plan for the premium tier?
The premium tier (clear sea view, generous living spaces, 4+ bedrooms) starts around €3,500 a week and climbs past €6,000 over the holidays. Book 3 to 6 months ahead for the best dates.
Can I arrange a chef at the villa?
Yes: on most of our villas, your host or our local partner arranges a private chef, pre-arrival grocery shopping and transfers. Just mention it in your enquiry.
