The real price
The price shown on every villa page is set by the owner. We charge travelers nothing: our service is paid for by a transparent owner-side commission, collected at source.

Where your money goes
Your deposit is paid by card through secure payment (Stripe), straight to the owner or our local partner. Villazil never holds your funds. The balance and the security deposit are settled directly with them, under terms shown before any payment.
A human answers
Every enquiry gets a call back within 30 minutes during business hours: your host or our local partner, not a chatbot. During your stay, your host is one message away, and we handle the French for you.
Verified and compliant
Every villa displays its French tourism registration number (a legal requirement). The owner’s cancellation terms are shown before payment, and the security deposit amount is announced before any commitment.
How it works, step by step
- You describe your stay. Dates, guests, wishes: 2 minutes, no commitment.
- The owner answers within 24 hours. With a clear quote: total stay, deposit, cancellation terms.
- You pay the deposit online. By card, secure Stripe payment, straight to the owner. Cancellation terms are shown and accepted before any payment.
- You enjoy your stay. The balance and any security deposit are settled directly with your host, reachable before, during and after the stay.
Why is it cheaper than a platform?
At equal owner price, there are simply no service fees added for you. Our commission is paid by the owner, and it is lower than what platforms cost them.
