Where to look
The south Caribbean coast holds the majority of holiday villas: Le Diamant and its Rock, Sainte-Luce, Les Trois-Îlets, Sainte-Anne. Count 35 to 60 minutes from the airport. Direct flights connect Martinique to Paris, Montreal and Miami.
Honest pricing
A 3-4 bedroom pool villa runs €1,500–3,000 a week depending on season. The premium tier — clear sea view, infinity pool, 4+ bedrooms — starts around €3,500 and peaks over €6,000 at Christmas. December to April is high season.
